Overview

As a Customer Operations Representative at Crocs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Wholesale customers receive outstanding service. You will manage order books, provide valuable product and service information, and resolve customer problems and claims. Your ability to successfully implement processes and communicate effectively will be key in helping us maintain our high standards of customer happiness.

What You'll Do

  • Be the driving force behind a seamless customer experience. You'll manage orders from placement to delivery, resolve issues proactively, and ensure our customers receive the service they expect from a world-class brand. 
  • Build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional partners across Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service. Through clear communication and collaboration, you'll help create exceptional experiences every day. 
  • Use data, insights, and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions, anticipate challenges, and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Challenge the status quo and look for smarter ways of working. You'll contribute ideas and solutions that enhance processes, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement. 
  • Embrace learning, share knowledge, and continuously develop your expertise. You'll play an active role in building a collaborative, high-performing team while growing your own career at Crocs. 

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional European language (French, German, or Spanish).
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems, manage priorities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills and experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Curious, proactive, and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
