Overview
As a Compliance Analyst at Crocs, you are the regional expert for customer compliance requirements and operational risk management. You ensure customer requirements are translated into scalable operational processes, minimize compliance-related risk, and support customer satisfaction while balancing business objectives. Working closely with Customer Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution Centers, and customers, you drive compliance excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Own and govern customer compliance requirements, vendor guides, and routing guides.
- Assess operational impacts, risks, and costs of customer requirements.
- Coordinate implementation of new compliance programs across internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance performance, chargebacks, deductions, and operational risks.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to reduce recurring issues.
- Develop standardized processes, controls, and best practices.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and external customers.
- Deliver compliance reporting, scorecards, KPIs, and actionable business insights.
- Support strategic projects, process improvements, automation initiatives, and transformation programs.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Compliance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Order Management, or a related field.
- Experience with retailer compliance requirements, vendor guides, chargebacks, deductions, or fulfillment operations preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, or similar business systems.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
