Overview
In this position you are responsible for driving the commercial performance of our distributor eCommerce channels, with a strong focus on improving sell through, assortment optimization and delivering profitable growth. This is a highly dynamic role where you act as the “store manager” across our partner websites, translating data into commercial actions and working cross functionally with internal teams to assure consistency within the brand.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive sell-through performance across distributor channels, identify opportunities and translate into commercial actions
- Advice on day-to-day trading of a websites and optimizations
- Partner with commercial and product teams to align on product assortment, stock, and marketing strategies across distributor channels
- Help to develop regional eCommerce strategies considering market trends
- Ensure consistent brand experience across partner websites, maintaining alignment with global guidelines
- Establish clear reporting framework by creating a single truth of source across all the distributor partners
- Report to leadership on performance, key drivers and commercial focus
- Project manage key initiatives within markets to ensure alignment across teams and company guidelines
- Develop scalable playbooks for Go To Market and expansion
- Help build local eCommerce knowledge and expertise
- Managing reporting of daily, weekly, monthly, annual trade, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and feeding into action plans to ensure sales and contribution targets are met
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, GTM strategies, SEO, or related roles.
- Digital experience with distributors
- Experience with working with vendors
- Valid working rights for the EMEA countries
- Independent, self-motivated, and proactive
- Strong interest in ecommerce platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and CMS
- Solid understanding of GTM strategies and their application in ecommerce
- Strong partnership management or account management experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
