Overview

Elevate the HEYDUDE brand experience as a Brand Marketing Manager. This role is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying the global impact of HEYDUDE. Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager HEYDUDE International, you will lead the charge in crafting and executing innovative brand marketing strategies that resonate with HEYDUDE's diverse and passionate audience.

 

In this role, you'll develop, execute and report on strategic brand marketing plans for direct markets, including the UK, Germany, France, India, and Australia. You'll also provide Brand Marketing guidance, and support to distributor partners in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

 

As a steward of the HEYDUDE brand, you will draw on your expertise in analyzing consumer behavior to deeply understand our audience, c to help build the brand identity that reflects our values and resonates across diverse markets. Your knowledge and experience in digital platforms, media planning, influencer marketing, storytelling, PR, and brand partnerships will be crucial in driving the brand's presence across various channels and markets. Additionally, your skills in market segmentation, industry trends, and competitor analysis will guide strategic decisions to ensure HEYDUDE gets established at the forefront of the footwear industry.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement regionally relevant brand strategies and comprehensive local plans to boost brand awareness and affinity.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including campaigns, content creation, and community engagement across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, in collaboration with the Sr Brand Marketing Manager.
  • Optimize online presence by analyzing digital marketing performance, staying updated on trends, and guiding the adoption of best practices.
  • Oversee Public Relations (PR) by developing and executing local PR plans, coordinating with PR agencies for daily operations, and managing special events and product launches.
  • Drive influencer marketing by identifying, cultivating, and vetting strategic partnerships with influencers and content creators, working closely with agencies.
  • Manage organic social media presence on Meta, including content calendars and engagement strategies, aligning with the Global Social Media Manager.
  • Cultivate strategic brand partnerships and collaborations, overseeing the end-to-end process from ideation to post-campaign analysis.
  • Utilize data and insights to continuously optimize campaign performance, analyze metrics (engagement, conversion, ROI), and adjust strategies for all marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (merchandising, creative, product development) and external agencies to ensure consistent brand representation and maximize impact across all channels.
  • Stay informed about market dynamics, cultural trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, ideally a Master's in Marketing
  • Preferably a minimum 5+ years of full-time experience in Brand Marketing with an international brand that operates in multiple channels. Fashion/Footwear industry experience is a strong plus.
  • International experience.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English. Other languages are a plus.

  • Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, online advertising, influencer marketing.
  • Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in data analysis to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Media Planning: Knowledge of media planning and buying to maximize campaign reach.
  • Budget Management: Understanding of budgeting and financial management related to marketing activities.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing trends, consumer behaviors, and industry dynamics.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive brand strategy.
