Overview

The Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is a dynamic role within Human Resources that partners closely with the HRBP team across EMEA and Australia to support and execute on tasks and projects related to the regional HR strategy that engage employees and drive business results.


Reporting to the Vice President HR, this individual will support people & culture initiatives by serving as first point of contact for (senior) leaders in region and act as a liaison across global and local HR teams to support on a wide range of HR topics to improve efficiency and the employee experience. 

What You'll Do

  • Serve as first point of contact for (senior) leaders and employees and help appropriately direct their questions and need for support to the relevant (HR) teams
  • Works directly with HRBP Team to provide administrative support on a wide range of people and culture initiatives and projects linked to the business and people strategies globally and across the region (i.e.: Talent & Succession Planning, Performance Calibration, Organizational Effectiveness, Absence Management, Learning & Development programs etc.) 
  • Provides inputs and supports workforce and organizational planning as well as ownership of position and HR system governance 
  • Partners closely with various stakeholders (Centers Of Excellence, Finance etc.) to build and upgrade processes, practices, policies and handbooks used by HRBP’s, managers and employees  
  • Creates HR reporting, metrics and dashboards and analyzes where required to develop solutions, programs, and policies based on this data/information
  • Working closely with HRBP’s and COE’s across the globe to support on Training and Development and Internal Communication initiatives within region

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 1 – 2 years of HR experience within a European context 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or similar field, Masters is a plus 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to optimally communicate, both written and verbal at all levels of organization
  • Experience prioritizing, coordinating and driving projects part of cross-departmental teams
  • Proven sensitivity to confidential materials/issues
  • Fluent in business level English, other European languages are a considerable plus 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors etc.) highly preferred
