Overview
The Senior Manager, DTC Product Management of India for Crocs, Inc. is a key leadership role accountable for end-to-end delivery outcomes and cross functional alignment across Direct To Consumer roadmaps in India, for both Crocs and HeyDude brands.
This role owns the digital roadmap for India including prioritization and resource alignment across multiple teams and vendors. This role leads and ensures the successful delivery of major digital technology initiatives across multiple platforms, including owned .COM webstores and online marketplaces. (e.g., OMS migrations, payment integrations, revenue driving enhancements, etc.).
A significant portion of this role focuses on stakeholder management, leadership alignment and influencing decisions to find solutions to complex challenges. The role regularly engages senior leadership to drive decisions, manage tradeoffs and hold cross functional teams accountable without direct authority, particularly in ambiguous scenarios. Additionally, this role drives continuous improvement in ways of working, aligning processes to global best practices while optimizing execution for India-specific requirements.
This role is based in the Crocs India office in Gurgaon and reports to the Director, International DTC Product Management at the corporate office in Colorado, USA. This position requires strong business, product, and technical understanding, but is not a hands-on technical role.
What You'll Do
- Act as the single point of accountability for DTC product delivery in India, with accountability for outcomes
- Drive alignment across global and local stakeholders, including IT, Commercial, Planning, Finance, Legal, and external vendors
- Influence stakeholders and hold cross functional teams accountable, even without direct authority
- Identify dependencies and risks, remove blockers, and resolve complex issues
- Manage vendor performance and negotiate vendor contracts
- Maintain holistic ownership of the end-to-end technology ecosystem, ensuring alignment across frontend and backend platforms with global best practices and India-specific needs
- Own the end-to-end India digital roadmap, including prioritization, sequencing, resourcing and delivery of initiatives based on enterprise strategy, long term vision, and business impact.
- Partner with global DTC Product Managers who own frontend platforms, ensuring seamless integration and end-to-end execution across global and local systems
- Lead the successful and on-time execution of roadmap initiatives by driving decisions on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs (e.g. platform migrations, payments and checkout optimization, OMS/WMS and fulfillment integrations)
- Lead and develop high-performing product and delivery teams
- Drive accountability across a matrixed, enterprise organization
- Set cross-functional priorities and drive alignment across global and local teams
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 8–10+ years of experience in product management roles
- 5+ years of experience of team management with direct reports
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
- Deep understanding of digital commerce ecosystems (owned .COM, marketplaces, OMS/WMS, payments)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue and customer outcomes
- Ability to translate between technical and business requirements
