Overview

The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing will shape and drive the CROCS brand marketing strategy across channels, including digital, wholesale and retail, and will ensure a cohesive marketing voice for the brand across the country.

This position will report directly to the Marketing Head of CROCS India and will be a critical member of the Crocs India Marketing Leadership Team. Working closely with other parts of the CROCS Marketing Department and in partnership with the Product & Merchandising, Digital, and commercial teams, this role will contribute to the overall success of strategic marketing goals and the brand’s ultimate growth targets.
 

What You'll Do

Key Accountability 1. Go-To-Market

  • Develops country Integrated Marketing & GTM plans
  • Connects with local Merchandising & Commercial teams to define needs and builds locally relevant GTM plans
  • Works closely with International Marketing team to share integrated local needs
  • Develops activations plans around local brand partnership & consumer moments
  • Collects/filters/fulfills creative needs of country Commercial channels (Retail, WHL, Digital Commerce) via local in-house Creative resources or external in line with International Marketing team.

 

Key Accountability 2. Creative Excellence

  • Establish creative excellence for Crocs - best-in-class in India, and then the world 
  • Translate Crocs India mission to creative vision, building creative led solutions for business problems, in discussion with business, product, digital counterparts
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between campaign objectives and brand marketing strategy.
  • Lead and nurture a team within crocs, and agency partners fostering a culture of creativity, curiosity, collaboration and excellence.
  • Evolve a culture that enables world-class creative development, deliver creative breakthrough campaigns, content, and user experiences.
  • Develop and streamline processes to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of campaign design initiatives.
  • Manage all creative agency relationships and building a strong relationship with the sector’s agencies’ leaders
  • Track, evaluate and analyze content performance of key campaigns to ensure proper evaluation of created assets.

 

Key Accountability 3. Brand Partnerships

  • Identify partners for regional brand partnerships (min 3 per year) and manage the entire process from ideation through to execution.
  • Develop regional brand partnerships that drive hyper local/regional relevance, including the development of supporting activation plans.
  • Develop activations plans around local brand partnership & consumer moments
  • Develop pitch decks to secure regional brand partnership partners. 
  • Manage partner relationships including negotiations and contracts, both internally & externally, including with legal teams. 
  • Collaborate with internal commercial teams (Ecom, Retail, Wholesale, Distributors) to ensure regional activations are properly planned and executed.
  • Evaluate KPI’s and summarise key learnings & insights that can be applied to future campaigns.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Minimum of 11-12 years of experience with a proven track record of delivering 
  • impactful and integrated campaigns for global brands.
  • 5+ years of directly managing members of creative teams, helping them bring concepts to life, iterating and refining them and shaping future leaders
  • Has excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excels in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with a world-class advertising agency, digital agency or internal corporate agency is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of digital, new media, and social.
  • Demonstrated experience managing creative processes through external ad agencies, internal teams and freelancers.
  • Collaborative and flexible, working effectively with cross-functional teams and adapting to changing campaign dynamics
  • Self-driven with a positive attitude, demonstrating enthusiasm and dedication to achieving campaign objectives. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to overcome challenges and adapt strategies as needed. 
  • Professional and detail-oriented, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy in all marketing activities. 
  • Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines, maintaining a high level of performance in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
