Overview
The Sr Analyst, Digital Marketing & Social Commerce for Crocs Inc is responsible for driving performance insights and optimization strategies across paid media, owned channels, and social commerce platforms. This role delivers actionable insights on full-funnel marketing performance and emerging commerce channels to inform investment, campaign effectiveness, and revenue growth. The role partners closely with marketing and social commerce teams to measure, test, and optimize digital experiences—translating complex data into clear recommendations that improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion. This role is based in India, reporting into the Manager, Digital Analytics who is based in the US. Overlap with US working hours will be required.
What You'll Do
• Analyze marketing performance across the full funnel to identify growth opportunities
• Evaluate channel effectiveness using attribution, incrementality, and ROI frameworks
• Provide actionable recommendations to optimize spend allocation, targeting and customer journeys
• Measure and monitor performance across social commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop)
• Partner with social and marketing teams to design and evaluate A/B tests across new commerce capabilities and platform features
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track marketing and social commerce KPIs
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability of reporting outputs across channels
• Measure incremental impact of campaigns, promotions, and content strategies
• Support forecasting and planning processes for digital marketing and social commerce teams
• Contribute to long-term growth strategies across digital and social channels
• Enable stakeholders with self-service dashboards and clear performance frameworks
What You'll Bring to the Table
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics or related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics or related role
• Strong experience with digital marketing measurement (paid media, attribution, funnel analysis)
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, GA4)
• Familiarity with social commerce ecosystems and platform analytics (preferred)
• Experience with A/B testing, incrementality testing, and performance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into business impact
