Overview

The Sr Analyst, Digital Automation & AI Enablement for Crocs Inc is responsible for transforming digital analytics capabilities through automation, scalable reporting, and AI-driven insights. The individual will design and operationalize automated data pipelines, self-service reporting frameworks, and AI-powered analytics solutions that enable faster, more proactive decision-making across DTC, marketing, and onsite teams.  This role sits at the intersection of digital analytics, business intelligence, and emerging AI capabilities, driving efficiency, consistency, and innovation in how insights are generated and consumed.  The role is based in India, reporting into the Analytics Manager – Digital and will partner closely with the Rest of World (ROW) Digital Analytics Team based in Amsterdam.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement end-to-end automated reporting solutions to reduce manual reporting through workflow automation, scheduling, and data orchestration
  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards and self-service analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Monitor data pipelines and proactively address gaps or inconsistencies in master data
  • Partner with Regional Analytics teams to embed AI/ML models into reporting workflows
  • Leverage generative AI and automation tools to accelerate insight generation and storytelling
  • Identify opportunities to replace manual analysis with machine-assisted or predictive outputs
  • Translate automated outputs into actionable insights for marketing, onsite, and commercial teams
  • Support business reviews with standardized, automated reporting packages
  • Assist in preparing and structuring data for business and performance review decks
  • Evaluate and implement emerging tools in AI, automation, and BI
  • Drive a data-driven culture by increasing accessibility, adoption, and trust in analytics outputs
  • Continuously evolve analytics capabilities toward proactive and predictive decisioning
  • Support financial planning through data-driven modelling and insights

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, business intelligence or data roles
  • Hands on experience with SQL and data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau
  • Experience with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, GA4)
  • Proven experience building automated reporting pipelines and dashboards
  • Experience with AI/ML applications in analytics (forecasting, clustering, anomaly detection)
  • Familiarity with Python / R or data transformation tools (dbt, Spark)
  • Exposure to generative AI tools or copilots for analytics workflows
  • Experience in DTC / ecommerce environments
