Overview

Crocs India is seeking a passionate, data-driven Account Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a leading online marketplace platform. This is a high-impact role, offering the opportunity to drive growth for an iconic global brand in India, which is Tier-1 strategic market.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full P&L and drive revenue, profitability, and sell-through for the assigned marketplace balancing both strategic mindset and strong execution.
  • Manage the relationship with platform account managers and build joint business plans
  • Lead day-to-day operations including cataloguing, order management, visibility, pricing, and returns
  • Collaborate with internal teams (merchandising, planning, marketing, supply chain) to ensure aligned execution
  • Use data and insights to improve conversions, reduce costs, and unlock growth opportunities
  • Track competition, platform trends, and consumer behaviour to stay ahead
  • Execute platform campaigns and promotions in line with brand and business objectives
  • Be hands-on and agile in solving operational issues, launching initiatives, and driving outcomes

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years of experience, with 5+ years of in e-commerce, with direct marketplace management
  • Prior experience in fashion or footwear industry is an advantage
  • Strong account management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Highly analytical with strong excel and data interpretation skills
  • A self-starter with a “hustler” mindset - ready to take ownership and make things happen
  • Willingness to get hands dirty, go beyond boundaries, and drive results
