Overview
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving and executing the marketing strategy for our digital D2C brand through brand.com. You will oversee both acquisition and retention efforts across a variety of digital channels, working to maximize customer engagement, revenue, and lifetime value.

What You'll Do
1. Brand Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention
- Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel digital performance campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC, SEO
- Monitor and adjust strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and ROI.
2. Customer Acquisition & Retention:
- Oversee customer segmentation and targeting to ensure effective personalization of campaigns.
- Drive growth by identifying new acquisition opportunities and optimizing existing channels.
- Build and lead customer loyalty programs, cultivating long-term relationships with our customer base.
3. Content Creation & Brand Messaging:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to produce compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with the brand’s core values and vision.
- Manage the creation and distribution of email campaigns, social media posts, blog articles, and other content formats.
4. Performance Analysis:
- Analyze marketing performance data and derive insights to optimize campaigns and overall marketing strategies.
- Generate reports on the effectiveness of campaigns and present results to leadership.
- Continuously test and iterate on strategies to improve performance, increase conversions, and reduce CAC.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the commercial, merchandising, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team & vendors to ensure that the website is optimized for conversions and user experience.
6. Stay Ahead of Trends:
- Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify emerging platforms and strategies to grow our digital presence and enhance customer engagement.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a consistent track record in D2C brands or e-commerce.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, including SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Good communication and writing skills, with an eye for detail and brand voice.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and run multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative approach with a passion for experimenting and optimizing marketing tactics.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
