Overview
The Assistant Manager - On-Site Merchandising for Crocs is part of the E-commerce team and is responsible for managing the end-to-end on-site customer journey and daily trading execution for crocs.in. The role drives product visibility, content activation, campaign readiness, and conversion rate optimization across key touchpoints. Working cross-functionally, it ensures that on-site experiences are timely, accurate, and commercially impactful.
What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end on-site merchandising across homepage, PLP, PDP, and key campaign moments to deliver a seamless customer journey
- Manage product launches, promotional setups, and calendarized consumer events with strong execution rigor
- Optimize conversion through merchandising strategy, content hierarchy, and page layout improvements
- Maintain catalog quality, navigation, taxonomy, and product discovery to enhance findability and experience
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation to analyze consumer behavior and improve conversion, drop-offs, and NPS
- Track campaign readiness through structured timelines, checklists, and cross-functional alignment
- Communicate & collaborate with marketing, merchandising, digital product, tech, and analytics teams to ensure integrated execution
- Own and track performance dashboards; translate insights into actionable improvements while ensuring accuracy and zero-defect execution
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, digital commerce, or on-site trading roles
- Strong understanding of online trading levers, conversion drivers, and customer journey optimization
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Highly analytical with a structured problem-solving approach and data-driven decision-making mindset
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and deliver in fast-paced, high impact environments
- Strong ownership mindset with execution discipline and attention to detail
- Self-starter with a bias for action, resilience, and a willingness to stretch beyond defined responsibilities to drive impact
