Overview
The Visual merchandiser for Crocs South Korea is responsible for supporting and executing visual merchandising (VM) strategies across holistic commercial channels including Retail and Wholesale. Reporting into VM Manager of South Korea Crocs, this role partners closely with Global & Regional teams across VM, Marketing, Merchandising, and Store Design, and leads the responsibility to adapt global direction, support market execution, and elevate VM capabilities, tools, and training across diverse retail environments.
This role focuses on strong execution, cross market coordination, and operational excellence to ensure brand consistency, effective seasonal launches, and continuous improvement across owned and distributor markets.
What You'll Do
- Drive instore visual merchandising to deliver a best-in-class brand experience across channels.
- Support the adaptation and rollout of global seasonal VM guidelines, including launch zones, in‑store merchandising, windows, and retail campaigns.
- Assist in developing and maintaining seasonal planograms on a quarterly basis, including ad‑hoc requests.
- Coordinate and consolidate seasonal asset briefs, including collaboration and partnership needs, and support POS toolkit distribution and usage across channels.
- Provide VM execution support to markets, including planogram guidance, asset resizing, production coordination, and troubleshooting.
- Review and provide feedback on globally developed VM plans for retail stores, kiosks, and SIS, escalating where necessary to clearly articulate local needs.
- Support key store openings (virtual and/or in‑person) to ensure alignment with global standards and guidelines.
- Conduct regular reviews of VM photo reports, identify gaps, and support improvement action plans with regional teams.
- Manage external vendors with high engagement while aligning internal stakeholders and partners.
- Partner cross functionally with Global VM, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail, and Store Design to ensure alignment and clarity of roles across launches and campaigns.
- Track on-time delivery and budget management, while operating with agility, speed to action, and comfort managing volatility.
- Help maintain and update a centralized International VM hub for guidelines, tools, and resources, ensuring timely communication to markets.
- Support internal VM standards for showrooms, B2B trade shows, and related environments.
- Assist in the delivery of VM training programs, including e-learning modules, seasonal virtual sessions, and onboarding materials.
- Facilitate two-way feedback between stores and head office teams to continuously improve VM tools, guidelines, and execution quality.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in visual Merchandising, Design, Fashion.
- Bachelor’s degree with up to 6years of experience in Visual Merchandising, with exposure to international, multimarket, or distributor environments.
- Experience supporting VM execution across Retail, Wholesale, and/or Distributor models preferred.
- Solid understanding of store design principles, fixtures, retail operations, and consumer behavior across varied markets.
- Experience working with seasonal guidelines, planograms, VM toolkits, and training materials preferred.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and with global and regional teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and working under pressure.
- English communication with business level is mandatory
