Overview
This role serves as the local owner of Crocs Korea’s onsite platform operations for .COM and APP, ensuring a seamless and commercially strong digital consumer experience. Working within the Digital Hub operating model, this position leads onsite planning, governance, validation, and performance oversight, while partnering closely with hub, regional, and local teams to deliver accurate execution, stable operations, and successful product and campaign launches.
What You'll Do

1. Onsite Platform Ownership & Digital Hub Governance
Act as the local Onsite Platform Owner and SPOC for .COM and APP under the Digital Hub model. Own brief quality, prioritization, validation, and go-live sign-off for all Hub-executed tasks. Proactively escalate risks, gaps, and SLA issues, and drive resolution with Hub and regional stakeholders.2. Product Launch & Inventory Readiness Governance
Oversee end-to-end product launch readiness, from Order Master validation through post-launch checks. Ensure product data accuracy, localization, embargo handling, inventory readiness, system sync validation between SAP and SFCC, and launch timing. Partner with MD, D&L, and the Hub to ensure products are visible, purchasable, and compliant at launch.3. Onsite Merchandising & Visibility Control
Own onsite merchandising strategy and oversee execution of category sorting, pinning logic, and search relevance. Ensure correct product visibility across PLP, LP, search, and key entry pages.4. GTM Campaign, Promotion & Content Governance
Oversee promotion setup accuracy and go-live readiness, including pricing, stacking, coupons, and schedules. Own GTM calendar planning and onsite campaigns aligned with global and regional plans. Create and manage briefs for campaigns, promotions, and content.5. Operational Governance
Oversee QA standards for product, promotion, content, and UX before and after go-live. Maintain operational compliance, data accuracy, and platform stability. Partner with CS, DC, D&L, and Finance on reconciliation and daily order reviews.6. Performance Review & Continuous Improvement
Review onsite performance after launches and campaigns with key stakeholders. Turn insights into actions that improve the consumer journey and trading performance. Partner with the Digital Hub and regional teams to strengthen tools, processes, and operating standards.How This Role Works with the Digital Hub
Local DAT owns strategy, planning, briefs, validation, governance, and final accountability. The Digital Hub executes configuration, publishing, setup, and development based on approved briefs. This role ensures the model operates clearly, efficiently, and at Crocs’ quality standards.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce onsite operations or platform management
- Strong understanding of onsite platforms (e.g., SFCC, CMS) with the ability to govern execution without direct setup
- Strong analytical skills to develop data-driven consumer journeys and optimize platform experience
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Korean; business-level English required
