Overview
This role serves as the local owner of Crocs Korea’s onsite platform operations for .COM and APP, ensuring a seamless and commercially strong digital consumer experience. Working within the Digital Hub operating model, this position leads onsite planning, governance, validation, and performance oversight, while partnering closely with hub, regional, and local teams to deliver accurate execution, stable operations, and successful product and campaign launches.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the local onsite platform owner and key point of contact for .COM and APP in Korea under the Digital Hub operating model
- Lead onsite planning, prioritization, validation, and go-live sign-off for hub-executed tasks, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
- Oversee product launch readiness, including product data validation, localization, inventory readiness, system checks, and post-launch reviews
- Manage onsite merchandising and product visibility across key pages, including category pages, landing pages, search, and other high-traffic consumer touchpoints
- Coordinate onsite campaign, promotion, and content readiness in line with local, regional, and global go-to-market plans
- Partner cross-functionally with teams including Merchandising, Marketing, D&L, Customer Service, and Finance to support smooth operations and strong execution
- Monitor onsite performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn insights into actions that enhance the consumer journey and commercial results
- Proactively manage risks, resolve operational issues, and help strengthen tools, processes, and ways of working with the Digital Hub and key stakeholders
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Relevant experience in eCommerce onsite operations, digital platform management, or related areas
- Strong understanding of onsite platforms such as SFCC, CMS, or similar tools, with the ability to manage execution and ensure quality
- Confidence working with data and performance insights to improve onsite experience and business outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across local, regional, and global teams
- Fluency in Korean and business-level English
