Overview

Crocs Korea is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Specialist of Marketplace & eTail to lead sales and promotional strategies across key online marketplaces including NAVER and Coupang (1P/3P). This role is responsible for channel management, campaign execution, performance analysis, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Marketplace & eTail Manager, the position plays a critical role in optimizing digital marketing efforts and building strong relationships with external partners and agencies to drive business growth.

What You'll Do

Marketplace Sales & Operations

  • Execute monthly sales and promotional plans across NAVER, Coupang, and other marketplaces.

  • Manage marketplace partnerships, product assortments, inventory planning, and supply forecasting.

  • Plan and execute promotions including pricing, media, CRM, and key placements.

  • Maintain and update pricing in SAP for promotions, EOSS/EOL, and campaigns.

  • Monitor competitive pricing, Item Winner status, and compliance issues.

  • Analyze performance using KPIs (revenue, traffic, CVR, ASP, AOV).

Digital Marketing

  • Manage daily and weekly marketing budgets across marketplaces.

  • Set up and optimize SA/DA campaigns to maximize ROAS and revenue.

  • Deliver performance reports with actionable insights.

Reconciliation & Collaboration

  • Manage reconciliation and P&L accuracy for marketplace and Coupang accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners through regular meetings and reviews.

  • Support eTail initiatives including launches, account meetings, and order reviews.

What You'll Bring to the Table

      · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

      · 5+ years of experience managing marketplace channels and promotional campaigns.

      · Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, digital marketing, and marketplace dynamics.

      · Hands-on experience with Coupang 1P or eTail (wholesale) business is a strong plus.

      · Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

      · Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.

      · Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) for global collaboration.

      · Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

      · Preferred: Experience in FMCG, footwear, or fashion; offline sales background is a plus.
