Overview
To manage Crocs retail locations in Korea and ensure the implementation of mandated Retail best practices, thereby delivering retail revenue, profitability and growth targets in line with financial plans. This role supports store operators and store teams in providing excellent consumer shopping experience through customer service, visual merchandising, store maintenance while identifying opportunities for store improvement, relocation, renovation and new business growth.
What You'll Do
- Deliver company strategy and retail operations guidelines across assigned retail stores.
- Manage performance of all retail stores within the allocated territory.
- Drive revenue, profitability, cost and budget targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and new store locations.
- Manage relationships with landlords and buyers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity and store performance.
- Manage stock control and operational efficiency.
- Prepare sales forecasts and monitor AOP performance.
- Develop action plans to improve store performance.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in business management (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Prefer Min 10 years of experience in retail sports industry, with exposure to international, multi‑market, or distributor environments.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and retail business performance drivers.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong insight into market trends and consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make business decisions based on data.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong leadership capabilities to build and develop high-performing store teams.
