Overview
This role is responsible for driving profitable growth across assigned Partner Store accounts by building strong commercial plans, optimizing sales performance, and strengthening partner relationships. You will play a key role in growing the Crocs business by translating brand and market opportunities into effective account strategies that deliver revenue, improve profitability, and support long-term business success. Working closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners, you will help ensure strong execution across sales planning, store expansion, account management, and marketplace opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Lead the commercial management of assigned Partner Store accounts, with a focus on delivering revenue growth, improving profitability, and building sustainable business partnerships. You will develop account plans and sales strategies that align with business goals, market opportunities, and partner needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle for your accounts, including forecasting, pre-book planning, sell-in and sell-out analysis, and monthly business reviews. You will use data and insights to identify opportunities, track performance, and recommend actions that improve results across stores and channels.
- Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders and work collaboratively to grow the business, enhance account performance, and support excellent execution. Internally, you will partner closely with teams across merchandising, finance, visual merchandising, marketing, and DTC to align plans and deliver a consistent brand experience.
- Support new store openings, new account development, and relevant marketplace or channel expansion opportunities. This includes helping partners navigate approval processes, identifying growth opportunities in the market, and staying informed on competitor activity and consumer trends.
- Support healthy account operations through effective receivables management, including payment follow-up, account planning, and alignment on appropriate AR actions where needed. You may also contribute to pop-up stores and events that help drive awareness, strengthen partnerships, and generate incremental sales.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Relevant experience in wholesale, retail, sales, or account management, with strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of revenue and profitability drivers
- Confidence working with sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports, as well as retail KPIs, consumer trends, and market dynamics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build effective partner relationships
- A proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with business systems or reporting tools
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
