Overview

This role leads channel marketing strategy and execution for wholesale and retail in South Korea, aligning global marketing platforms with local needs to drive engagement, sales, and brand awareness. The manager oversees Wholesale Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Visual Merchandising, working cross-functionally with internal teams and partners.

What You'll Do

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Lead wholesale and retail marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Develop annual priorities and GTM-aligned marketing plans.

  • Drive sell-in/sell-out initiatives in key markets.

2. Channel Growth & Alignment

  • Maximize marketing support for strategic partners (e.g., ABC-MART, Crocs DtC).

  • Localize global programs and measure campaign impact.

  • Collaborate closely with commercial, brand, and merchandising teams.

3. Retail & Visual Merchandising

  • Create seasonal retail marketing and VM plans.

  • Support new store launches and consumer experiences.

  • Track industry trends to maintain a competitive presence.

4. Team & Budget Management

  • Lead and coach the Commercial Channel Activation team.

  • Manage budgets, agency partnerships, and tool/process improvements.

  • Collaborate with global/regional teams to develop localized marketing tools.

What You'll Bring to the Table

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years in marketing (brand/trade/channel), ideally in fashion, footwear, or FMCG.

  • Expertise in Wholesale and Retail marketing, PR, and digital.

  • Experience with global/local marketing integration and campaign execution.

  • Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.

  • Fluent in Korean and English.

Preferred:

  • Footwear experience

  • GTM calendar management

  • Passion for fashion/pop culture
