Overview
The Digital Marketing & Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of localized marketing strategies in South Korea across PR, Social Media, Paid Media, and Influencer Marketing. The role ensures brand relevance and performance by tailoring global strategies to the local market, while collaborating closely with global and regional teams. This position reports to the Director of Marketing, South Korea.
What You'll Do
1. Strategy & Localization

Develop and execute South Korea’s digital marketing strategy across key channels.

Localize global strategies based on market trends, consumer insights, and platform behaviors.
2. Campaign & Content Execution

Lead local brand campaigns and PR/influencer activations.

Manage content creation to ensure cultural relevance and brand alignment.
3. Partner & Influencer Management

Oversee local agencies and influencer partnerships.

Negotiate and execute impactful influencer collaborations.
4. Social Media & Performance Insights

Grow local social presence aligned with global direction.

Track KPIs and analyze performance to drive optimization.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment.

Share local insights to inform global toolkits and planning.
6. Team Leadership

Manage and develop a local team.

What You'll Bring to the Table
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree required.
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand, digital, or trade marketing.

Background in fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG industries preferred.
Skills & Expertise

Strong knowledge of influencer marketing, agency management, PR, and digital media.

Skilled in campaign planning, content strategy, and KPI measurement.

Experience in multinational environments with cross-functional teams.
Leadership & Communication

Proven team management experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Korean.

Strong decision-making, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
