Overview

Crocs Korea is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and commercially focused Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing, CRM, and digital media initiatives across our owned eCommerce platforms. This role goes beyond digital media execution—it is deeply rooted in driving sales and customer engagement.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with On-site Merchandising, Merchandising, Brand Marketing, D&L, and global teams to deliver impactful campaigns and optimize media investments aligned with our financial and brand goals.

What You'll Do

Digital Media & Performance Marketing

  • Lead paid media strategy across search, social, display, affiliate, app, and owned channels.

  • Optimize media mix and budgets to exceed performance goals.

  • Continuously refine campaigns for ROI and acquisition.

CRM & Retention

  • Execute CRM strategies via email, Kakao, app, etc., to boost repeat purchases and lifetime value.

  • Use behavioral data for segmentation and personalized messaging.

Sales Campaigns & Promotions

  • Drive promotions, digital launches, and live commerce initiatives.

  • Enhance GTM plans to support sustainable, non-promotional growth.

  • Use consumer insights to shape campaign strategies and value propositions.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs (traffic, CVR, ASP, AOV) using tools like Adobe Analytics.

  • Generate insights and optimize performance through data-driven recommendations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align strategies and drive innovation.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in performance media and CRM.
  • Experience in eCommerce and marketplaces is preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through commercial planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Fluent in Korean; business-level English proficiency is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP, SFCC, Adobe Analytics, and internal systems is a plus.
