Overview
The Dept. Online mall sales Specialist is responsible for operating and developing the Dept. Online channels by implementing the promotions, thereby delivering dept.mall sales as per Financial plans. This position also needs to engage each on-line malls buyers in ensuring to drive sales with the effective promotions.
What You'll Do
Key Activities
1. Analyze dept. on-line malls market and set up sales strategy
- Set up the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan
- Manage actual sales data daily
- Execute sales strategies and fcst through inventory analysis
- Share the transaction fcst to D&L team every month according to the sales plan
- Monitor the on-line market
2. Implement dept. on-line malls sales promotion by monthly plan
- Adjust prices with other sales channels when promotions are needed
- Manage online promotions / Campaigns
- Sales & campaign analysis after promotion end
- Share promotion schedule with each stakeholders
- Select and register promotional sale items.
3. Work with major dept. on-line malls buyers
- Offer the online promotions to the each Malls’ buyers and have a real-time communication for the effective promotions
- Have a meeting with the buyers regularly to drive online sales
4. Request the other team for insufficient inventory of dept.mall
- Check the sell-thru daily and weekly to request the insufficient stocks from other team
5. Manage the product code and update the inventory frequently
- Update the product code (each mall has different code), and inventory twice a week
6. Manage Dept. online mall system and POS
- Daily checking (daily sales update, inventory update, RT)
- Frequently checking (new product registration, price, new code, KC tags)

- Dept. online mall sales (Actual vs. AOP)
- EBIT and Specific products contribution and growth
