Overview

As the District Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading all aspects of and guiding a team of store managers across a designated geographic area. In this role, you will provide leadership and strategic direction, ensuring that each store meets its sales goals while maintaining the brand standards and operational procedures set by the corporate support office and the Director of Store Operations. You will drive performance by adapting goals and processes to align with both corporate objectives and the specific needs of each store.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and support store leadership to drive operational excellence and achieve sales targets.
  • Supervise and evaluate store performance, implementing adjustments to sales goals, procedures, and operational strategies as needed.
  • Ensure stores are aligned with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines while delivering outstanding consumer experiences.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to develop and implement district-level initiatives that align with company-wide objectives.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to find opportunities for improvement and growth within the district.
  • Provide regular performance reports and feedback to partners, recommending actionable improvements for underperforming stores.
  • Foster a positive environment that inspires store teams and encourages a culture of accountability.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 4-6 years of retail management experience
    • Requires 2-4 years of multi –unit management experience
  • Validated experience in retail management, with a track record of success in leading multiple locations or teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions to improve store performance.
  • Familiarity with budget management, sales forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned district as needed.
