Overview

The District Manager ensures the execution of retail best practices, driving revenue and profitability. They engage store managers and staff to deliver excellent customer service, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Commercial Strategy Management

    • Implement company strategy, guidelines, and store events/promotions

    • Oversee store environments and stock control

    • Respond to customer feedback

  2. KPI Management

    • Drive performance across all stores, meeting revenue and growth targets

    • Focus on KPIs like revenue, profitability, and costs

  3. Retail Business Development

    • Elevate brand and boost sales efficiency

    • Scout for new store locations and manage landlord relations

    • Track market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

  4. Financial Management

    • Prepare sales forecasts and track results (daily/weekly/monthly)

    • Develop action plans based on financial outcomes

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Revenue & growth targets

  • Profitability (EBIT, GM, Rent, SG&A)

  • CVR, ATV, UPT, ASP

Key Relationships:

  • Internal: Store teams, Country Retail, Merchandising, Finance, IT

  • External: Buyers & Landlords (Lotte, Shinsegae, Hyundai, Galleria, AK)

What You'll Bring to the Table

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Business or related field

  • Experience: 5-10 years in Fashion/Retail

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication in English (verbal & written)

    • Market trend analysis and profitability focus

    • Leadership and negotiation skills

    • Ability to work in a cross-functional team

  • Travel: As required
