Overview

Crocs Korea is seeking a creative Visual Designer to craft engaging, on-brand content—especially for social media—through a blend of localized creativity and global asset adaptation.

As part of the Asia creative team, you’ll develop both consumer-facing and internal materials that are globally inspired and locally relevant. Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with local and regional teams to deliver high-impact content across channels.

We’re looking for someone passionate about pop culture and social trends, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring strong creative vision, solid project management skills, and the confidence to uphold brand guidelines, lead external partners, and embody our “Come As You Are” spirit in every piece of work.

What You'll Do

  • Concept & Ideation: Develop creative concepts from brief to production, ensuring alignment with Crocs’ brand values.

  • Visual Design: Craft compelling visuals across all customer touchpoints, from digital to retail, maintaining strong art direction.

  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure all creative work reflects and elevates Crocs’ brand identity while pushing creative boundaries.

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist to design engaging, locally relevant multimedia content for digital and social platforms.

  • Campaign Execution: Partner with the Integrated Marketing Specialist to support 360 marketing campaigns across PR, social, eCom, and retail.

  • Vendor & Agency Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to guide creative execution and maintain brand consistency.

  • Adaptation: Localize global assets into effective, cross-platform design for print, digital, retail, and experiential.

  • Project Management: Own projects end-to-end, manage timelines, and maintain asset libraries to ensure efficient delivery and reuse.

What You'll Bring to the Table

You're a proactive, creative self-starter with strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive results. You bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of design experience with a strong, concept-driven portfolio

  • Native-level Korean and good English communication skills

  • A strong sense of pop culture and digital trends

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management

  • A team player mindset—collaborative, communicative, and open to feedback

  • A positive, flexible attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
