Overview
The Digital Activation Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing the commercial activation of Crocs’ .COM business, translating promotional and marketing plans into disciplined onsite execution and revenue performance.
This role owns day‑to‑day trading operations, promotion and campaign activation, and live commerce execution, ensuring that all commercial plans are implemented accurately and perform against sales targets. The position partners closely with Digital Marketing, Onsite Merchandising, Merchandising, Planning, and global teams to deliver seamless execution across the consumer journey.
What You'll Do
- Drive day-to-day trading of the Crocs.com business, monitoring performance and taking timely actions to deliver revenue targets.
- Plan and execute commercial activations, including promotions, digital-first and exclusive launches, campaigns, and live commerce.
- Maximize go-to-market plans to strengthen full-price and non-promotional performance and support sustainable business growth.
- Analyze consumer behavior, including entry pages and previous-page journeys, to inform campaign planning and onsite activation decisions.
- Develop compelling value propositions that give target consumers clear reasons to visit and purchase, aligned with audience insights and business objectives.
- Monitor traffic, conversion rate, average selling price, average order value, and other digital KPIs using Adobe Analytics and internal dashboards; translate insights into clear recommendations and performance improvements.
- Connect cross-functional plans across Onsite Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Planning, Finance, and global teams to ensure accurate and seamless execution.
- Build and maintain strong external agency relationships to enable cohesive execution, operational discipline, and innovation.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, digital commerce, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in eCommerce trading, digital activation, commercial operations, or a closely related area.
- Proven experience managing day-to-day trading performance in an eCommerce environment and delivering against commercial targets.
- Strong commercial judgment and comfort working with performance metrics and data to guide execution decisions.
- Solid understanding of Korean consumers, digital commerce, and the local retail landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, manage stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across local, global, and agency teams.
- Fluency in Korean; business-level English proficiency is preferred.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Adobe Analytics, and internal business systems is preferred.
