Overview

The Associate Specialist, Owned eCommerce supports the daily operations and strategic execution of Crocs.com in Korea. This role focuses on site management, order processing, and digital merchandising to drive conversion and reflect the brand’s identity online.

What You'll Do

1. Onsite Operations (SFCC, Contentstack):

  • Manage site content, assets, and promotions

  • Collaborate with global teams to align assets with local GTM plans

  • Enhance UI/UX; monitor site and app stability

  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle reviews

  • Conduct QA/UAT on promotions and new features

2. Order Management (SAP):

  • Daily return/refund handling and order tracking

  • Analyze shipment and sell-through data

  • Report on order and sales performance

3. Strategic Projects & Collaboration:

  • Benchmark against global sites and competitors

  • Contribute to global initiatives (system upgrades, new tools)

  • Partner with D&L, CS, MD, MKT, and Finance teams

  • Onsite revenue & conversion

  • App engagement

  • Operational accuracy

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience: 2+ years in eCommerce operations

  • Skills:

    • Strong Excel & data analysis

    • Familiar with SAP, SFCC, Contentstack

    • Web analytics (GA, Adobe Analytics, etc.)

    • Fluent in Korean & English

    • Basic design tool knowledge (Figma, Photoshop/XD a plus)

  • Traits:
