Associate Logistics Specialist

Overview

Manage inbound, cross-dock, and delivery operations to meet AOP/LE targets and SLA/KPI requirements, including transit time management.

What You'll Do

1. Inbound Logistics:

  • Oversee inbound shipments and container plans with global teams

  • Coordinate customs clearance and delivery with freight forwarders and 3PL

  • Share inbound schedules with merchandisers and manage urgent items

  • Handle shipping documents and HS code checks

2. Outbound & Inventory:

  • Manage logistics transactions in ERP (SAP)

  • Reconcile delivery dates and review KPI reports

  • Arrange and track local trucking

3. Cost Management:

  • Reconcile inbound/outbound costs and freight charges

  • Create landed cost files and support finance with cost analysis

  • Oversee vendor payments, import duties, and waste charge submissions

4. Ad-hoc & Improvement Projects:

  • Support D&L initiatives and cost reduction efforts

  • Maintain and document logistics processes and KPIs

  • Assist with RFQ and provider management

  • Cost per Pair (CPP)

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree (logistics preferred)

  • 1–3 years in logistics or customs with 3PL/freight forwarders

  • Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint; SAP experience a plus

  • Strong communication in Korean and English

  • Proactive, analytical, and organized
