Visual Merchandiser

Overview
Specialist who curates and drives the best visual merchandising strategy for WHL Multi cannels. Handling VM overall works based on company guideline and business strategy to contribute to the consumers’ brand experience.
What You'll Do
1. Interior intelligence and design
- Manage all of renewal, new opening store projects for Multi brands.
- Improve store design and VM fixtures between creative and functional.
- Monitor costs for projects and ensure that the within the proposed budgets and operate expense process according to company’s policy.
- Handle vendor’s service quality and seek for new.
2. VM intelligence and relevance
- Good sense of instore display and styling based on VM directive for store standard and customer experience.
- Curate VM projects (POP-UP stores, new product launch etc..) with creative and brand identity.
- Implement seasonal, monthly visual and display change over according to company guidelines and store conditions.
- Conduct POP-UP stores and VP draft.
- Store rounding.
3. Communication and planning
- Collaborate and coordinate with other relevant teams.
- Proactive and interpersonal communication skills.
- Operate and plan RTL/PS store’s VM executions.
- Good at multi-functional environment.
4. VM Budget Revisions
- Constantly review remaining budgets.
5. VM guideline and training
- Make VM training materials and Train store personnel on basic VM techniques and principles to ensure consistency in display standards.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Education: Degree in any general discipline/ Design or its equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experiences in Fashion Industry
Knowledge
- Ability of professional use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and 3d tools.
- Excellent product intelligence: Consumer awareness, creativity, passion of brand and product.
- Good in English communications (Both verbal and written)
Interpersonal Skill
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environment.
- High energy, and willingness to have an open-mind and be challenged by various stakeholders and timeline.
- Detailed on office work and VM work and in charge of VM standard.
- Ability of solution to find effective way and best way for a variety of situations.
- Preferred in Multi brand VM experience.
