Overview
As the Digital Marketing Manager at Crocs Korea, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital performance marketing strategies to increase brand preference, drive CROCS.COM /APP traffic, and boost sales across various digital channels.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build compelling campaigns, optimize digital assets, and analyze performance metrics to achieve business objectives.
What You'll Do
Develop Digital Performance Marketing Strategies
- Define digital performance marketing objectives aligned with Crocs Korea's brand positioning, sales targets, and digital marketing budget.
- Manage and allocate budget across key digital marketing channels based on performance history, projected ROI, and strategic priorities
Manage Digital Performance Marketing Channels
- Oversee and optimize various digital marketing channels such as Paid search, email marketing, social medias (KAKAO channel, Facebook, Instagram), display advertising, Crocs App etc.
- Manage affiliate marketing cooperating with affiliate partners with the purpose of both branding and sales.
- Develop and execute strategies to promote app acquisition, engagement, and retention among users.
Data Analysis and Optimization
- Manage regular reports and presentations on digital marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and budget utilization.
- Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Content Development and Management
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling digital content, including ad creatives, landing pages, App, email campaigns, and social media posts
- Identify areas for optimization, A/B test strategies, and implement data-driven improvements to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across all digital platforms and campaigns.
Collaboration and Agency management.
- In partnership with the global tech team define technical issues and requirements for successful execution of performance marketing
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Owned site, Brand marketing, regional & global stakeholders to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies, vendors, influencers, and affiliate partners to ensure high-quality deliverables, timely execution, and maximize ROI on digital marketing investments.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Education
Degree in any general discipline or related field
Experience
Over 7 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3+ years of performance marketing
Knowledge
- Proven experience running performance marketing and KPI measurements
- Proven track record of delivering growth from multiple digital advertising sources
- Strong understanding of Affiliate marketing
- Experience in CRM marketing (via Email, Kakao channel, App, etc.)
- Able to handle large sets of complex data with excellent attention to details
- Advanced knowledge of Web Analytics tools: Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics
- Fluent/advanced in written and spoken English & Korean
- Team management experience preferred
- App marketing experience preferred
- Basic knowledge in HTML and Photoshop/XD preferred
