Job Summary:
The Associate Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting the sales team in generating new business and managing existing client relationships. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to sales.
What You'll Do
Commercial management
- Meet the AOP
- Sales meeting (S1~S4)
- Monthly closing & Accounts payment flow check
- Explore new opportunities through sell-thru & Comp. trend.
- Monthly sales meeting & catch-up market trend
Multi-brands & Tier0~1
- Sales meeting preparation (OTB tracking)
- Manage sales trend analysis of each account’s performance and inventory projections.
- Keep strong relationships with buyer.
- Tier 0~1 management (global collab / Energy pack)
Commercial relationship
- Lead managed accounts through commercial strategy and planning execution.
- To maximize sales performance and get new opportunities.
Support & development account
- Product segmentation by each account through MD strategy
- Store condition (Support VM highlight, fixture, visual POP etc.)
- Product training to store manager.
- Management to improve efficiency per store.
- Better brand location & high visibility
- On site meeting with buyer for seeking the growth opportunity
Project management
- Lead key project (SIS, Energy pop-up etc.)
- Product segmentation by door tier
- Development brand highlight for Tier 0
AR management
- Monthly closing & Accounts payment flow check
What You'll Bring to the Table
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in general or equivalent
Experience
- Recent graduate or less than a year of experience
- Relevant activities in the University are a plus
Knowledge
- Intermediate level of English in written and spoken
- MS office
- Market Intelligence
Interpersonal Skill
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- High energy, and willingness to have an open-mind
- Be challenged by various stakeholders and timelines
