Overview
As a Warehouse team lead, you will implement goals by a clear and effective communication with leadership and associates to ensure constant order flow.
This position supports the Warehouse in Dordrecht in two shifts from 6:00 am - 3.00 pm and 3.00 pm - 0.00 am.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily start up meetings to communicate daily goals and special announcements;
- Learn and/or master SOPs in various departments
- Lead and handle all customer requirements
- Conduct associate's mentoring and observations to supervise utilization, pace and methods;
- At end of shift, ensure the area is ready, and associates have returned all equipment to be charged or readied for next shift.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 4+ years warehouse experience, with proficiency in each department of Distribution Centre.
- Extensive distribution centres experience,
- Experience providing directions/training to associates
- Experience in monitoring, and measuring work based on WMS/labor management standards;
- Proven track record to coordinate multiple groups of Associates while focusing on performance and quality metrics
