Overview
We're hiring a Wholesale Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing seasonal plans within our family channel business. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Wholesale, you'll collaborate closely across teams in a highly cross-functional and matrixed environment.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for the implementation of Crocs marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns, content marketing, product launches and other key projects.
- Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to create cohesiveness between marketing plans and in-store experience.
- Partner closely with the merchandising and sales teams to ensure marketing plans support key product stories and deliver against shared business goals.
- Develop, build, and deliver strategic marketing presentations for internal and account-facing meetings.
- Work with internal cross-functional partners to ensure the Wholesale Marketing team delivers a consistent and integrated brand experience and message across all account platforms.
- Develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with wholesale accounts, including paid social, digital media, in-store activations, print, sales programs, and all other marketing activation.
- Partner across digital team to implement guideline e-tail marketing tactics, securing efficient return on investment based on important measures and Crocs digital strategies.
- Lead all aspects of account relationships while working through a multi-season cycle ranging from current season tasks to future season long-term planning.
- Coordinate marketing brief development and project timeline management.
- Lead consistent feedback to cross-functional teams and review seasonal strategy of marketing plans consistently to ensure market trends are communicated.
- Bring an endless curiosity to the lifestyle approach and competitor landscape to drive connection with the feel good consumer.
- Support the planning and execution of all Seasonal Sales Meetings.
- Lead with a growth mindset by identifying ways to expand the business, evolve internal processes and share guidelines with cross-functional partners and regional team members.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline.
- At least 2+ years of marketing experience in field or brand capacity, ideally in footwear.
- Strong presentation skills along with previous key account management experience and budget management.
- 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce marketing is preferred.
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate at all levels of organization.
- Ability to persuade, influence and build consensus among key stakeholders.
- Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and prominent level of passion for the brand.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Title: Wholesale Marketing Specialist
Salary or Pay Range: $69,000 - $79,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
