Overview

Crocs Inc. is hiring for a Wholesale Demand Planner to join our Americas Wholesale Planning team. The Wholesale Demand Planner will lead all aspects of the Demand Plan for Americas wholesale by incorporating key account information and adjustments to align with commercial requirements during seasonal buy execution. This role works cross-functionally to align with the annual strategic direction for the selected business segment, develops seasonal demand forecasts, and long-term core plans and provides business clarity on trends and various demand and supply benchmarks. 

What You'll Do

  • Influencing the buying process into product investment – working closely with the Supply Planning team to optimize the balance of inventory to support corporate revenue and turn goals.
  • Placing improved focus on New Product/Key Product initiatives by aligning and coordinating core and meaningful carryover seasonal items with merchants, core planning and supply teams.
  • Take ownership for crafting the Demand Planning o9 plan for each sub-channel and coordinating the implementation of any changes.
  • Participating in consolidation needs for the overall regional demand plan by leading monthly review of demand in the region and collaborating with the team dedicated to account insights.
  • Bringing regional IBP/S&OP in to support and share key demand insights with the cross-functional team.
  • Reviewing and completing monthly OTB forecasts and influencing channel-level inventory policy decisions.
  • Proposing seasonal and in-season stocking strategies for commercial clients to balance margins and revenue generation with efficient working capital levels.
  • Coordinating actions upstream into the supply chain to own, adjust, and troubleshoot supply lines as well as optimize inventory across the Americas Region for a given sales channel.
  • Working with inventory and sales teams to implement the monthly excess process across channels, partnering with Global MFP for seasonal plans.
  • Reviewing sell-thru by size and material for core and key genders to improve SKU efficiency.
  • Coordinating MFP/Pre-Raf and FSF processes with global and regional merchant teams and commercial leads.
  • Coordinating activity with regional merchandisers to ensure the priorities and focus of the region-channel is clearly collected in all MFP related tools and updates.
  • Participating as needed in IBP and Seasonal Plan Alignment and any other meetings to represent the priorities of the wholesale Americas channel.
  • Aligning with the Key Account team and SLS directors to build seasonal bottom’s up revenue and unit plans.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Mathematics, or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree or equivalent experience in business or supply chain management strongly preferred.
  • At least 2+ years of supply or demand planning experience in a multichannel setting is required.
  • Strong preference for consumer goods, footwear, or fashion/apparel experience in the industry.
  • Strong cross-functional interpersonal skills.
  • Must have extensive experience and proficiency in Excel tools and functionality.
  • Understanding Inventory and Service Level Coordination.
  • Experience with MFP, Demand Planning systemic solutions; ideally with o9 Solutions.

Title: Wholesale Demand Planner 

Salary or Pay Range: $84,000 - $94,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
