The Visual Merchandising Specialist plays a critical role in delivering an elevated, brand-right consumer experience across Crocs’ North America store fleet. This highly collaborative position blends creative storytelling, operational excellence, and retail acumen to drive seasonal floorset execution, new store openings, and ongoing visual communications.
You’ll partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, retail operations, and merchandising to ensure Crocs’ visual standards are executed with consistency and innovation—while staying ahead of evolving consumer expectations and competitive trends.
What You'll Do
- Own monthly and seasonal VM workflows: Build realistic timelines and processes to deliver creative direction and execution tools on schedule.
- Manage store assortments: Monitor style drops and late deliveries, providing strategic pivots when needed to support strong in-store presentation.
- Support new store openings: Deliver operational and creative support to ensure seamless openings aligned with brand standards.
- Create and maintain visual documents: Build, format, and manage tools such as floorplans, visual guidelines, and presentations that clearly communicate floorset direction.
- Lead field VM communication: Host weekly calls, review monthly photo submissions, oversee VM inbox, and manage hardware orders.
- Guide in-season execution: Manage monthly floorplan versioning, ensure alignment across touchpoints, and distribute VM guidelines effectively.
- Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with creative, marketing, and merchandising teams to bring product stories to life through engaging visual execution.
- Administer Zipline communications: Manage VM content through Zipline in partnership with Retail Operations to ensure timely and clear communication to stores.

Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of visual merchandising experience in a corporate retail environment.
- Keen understanding of the competitive retail environment and ability to apply industry trends to elevate visual execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SketchUp is required.
- Strong merchandise presentation skills and the ability to interpret and execute creative direction.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized with time management skills & the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel quarterly to field locations as needed.
- Strong alignment with Crocs’ brand values, culture, and customer focus.

Title: Visual Merchandising Specialist
Salary or Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
