The VP of IT, Product & Supply Chain Technology is responsible for all aspects of the technology solutions for Supply Chain, Product Development, Distribution & Logistics, Merchandising and Planning. This leader will define and drive the technology roadmap, build high-performing teams, and implement scalable systems that support business growth and operational excellence.
Reporting to the SVP of Global IT, this role is accountable for the full portfolio of initiatives within the domain—owning project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team development. A critical responsibility is to partner closely with business leaders to identify opportunities where technology can unlock value, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation across the enterprise
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with leaders across Supply Chain, Product Development, Distribution & Logistics, Merchandising, and Planning to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, identifying opportunities where technology can drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.
- Ensure technology strategy is tightly integrated with business strategy, with a deep understanding of current and future business drivers.
- Ensure a balanced portfolio which provides continuous improvement and addresses the operational goals for a stable, secure, cost-effective systems environment, and a compelling customer experience to fuel sales growth.
- Own the full portfolio of initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with business priorities and timelines.
- Clearly communicate within the team and with stakeholders what work can and cannot be done based on capacity, priority, and strategic alignment.
- Balance day-to-day operations with long-term strategic planning and execution of key projects.
- Leverage global and lower-cost labor models to meet business demands efficiently.
- Ensure a stable, secure, and cost-effective systems environment that supports business continuity and growth.
- Maximize return on investment across people, processes, and technology assets.
- Define and implement effective organizational models, governance structures, and sourcing strategies (including in-house, outsourced, and SaaS solutions).
- Build, lead and retain a high-performing, curious, and empowered team that proactively engages with the business to co-create solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and thought leadership.
- Challenge the team to think critically, ask the right questions, and deliver the best possible solutions.
- Lead, coach, and support a team within a matrixed environment, ensuring alignment, accountability, and engagement.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Fifteen (15) years of experience leading a technology team in a global company including retail industry.

- Experience ranging from Strategic Planning to driving daily operations.
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Knowledge and experience with business processes and technology for:
- Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain Execution, Materials Resource Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Enterprise Resource Planning, Computer Aided Design & 3D Design Tools, Merchandising & Planning
- Experience with multiple labor models (shared services/onshore/offshore)
- Solid experience with:
- Large project management, Budget development and management, Team development and retention, Vendor Assessment and Management

Title: Vice President, Product & Supply Chain Technology
Salary or Pay Range: $305,000 - $315,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
