Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and meticulous individual to join our team as the new VP, Personalization. In this role, you will drive the global personalization strategy and oversee a team of product line managers, designers, and product developers. You will create Global Retail GTM and Creative strategies and influence regional strategies. This role will be responsible for building the channel assortments for global retail, assorting by season, franchise, price, and collection. You will work closely with various departments, including sourcing, digital, legal, sales, logistics, and outside vendors.

Global Responsibilities
- Key point of contact for Global Personalization strategy
- Define global assortment
- Establish global merchandising strategy
- Approve regional deviation
- Report on global business
- Global collaboration with key stakeholders
- Ensure product line supports global strategy
- Gain deep understanding of major competition and mapping
- Provide Visual Merchandising strategy/guidance
- Inventory depth guidance
- Support in season/ day to day activities
Regional & Country Responsibilities
- Provide seasonal hindsight and narrative
- Provide regional market insights
- Establish regional merchandising strategy by country
- Modify global assortments to create regional assortments
- Build initial country-level line plan assortment
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, merchandising, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive global experience in buying and merchandising planning; footwear experience preferred
- 12+ years proven leadership and people management skills
- Proven ability to successfully work in a highly cross-functional matrix environment and influence key stakeholders
- Adaptability to navigate ambiguity and change while driving results
- Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills
- Ability to successfully communicate cross-culturally
- Exceptional oral and written communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google docs.
- Domestic and international travel as required

Salary or Pay Range: $290,000 - $300,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
