Overview

The Vice President, Investor Relations at Crocs, Inc. is responsible for leading the global investor relations strategy in alignment with the company’s long‑range plan, capital allocation priorities, and value creation vision. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board, shaping and communicating a clear, credible equity story that translates strategy, operating performance, and key financial drivers into investor‑relevant outcomes. They lead all aspects of earnings, reporting, disclosure governance, and investor engagement, while acting as the primary partner with investors, analysts, proxy advisors, and the broader capital markets community. This role provides market, valuation, and investor sentiment insights to inform enterprise decision‑making, supports capital markets activity and strategic transactions, and leads communications during periods of heightened market sensitivity. They will develop a high‑performing investor relations team, lead effectively through influence in a matrixed organization, and partner cross‑functionally to ensure disciplined execution, consistent messaging, and strong external credibility as Crocs Inc continues to scale globally.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute Crocs Inc.’s investor relations strategy, aligned with the company’s long‑range plan, capital allocation priorities, and global growth objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board on valuation, investor sentiment, shareholder composition, and market expectations.
  • Develop, articulate, and continuously refine a clear equity story, translating strategy, operating performance, and key financial drivers into investor‑relevant outcomes.
  • Lead end‑to‑end quarterly earnings and annual reporting processes, including messaging, materials, disclosures, and investor engagement, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, buy‑and sell‑side analysts, proxy advisors, rating agencies, and other capital markets partners.
  • Drive proactive investor outreach through targeted engagement, conferences, roadshows, investor days, and one‑on‑one meetings; prepare senior leaders for all external interactions.
  • Monitor market, macroeconomic, peer, and industry trends; synthesize insights into clear recommendations and executive‑ready briefings for leadership and the Board.
  • Partner cross‑functionally across Finance, FP&A, Legal, Corporate Communications, Treasury, Risk & Sustainability, and HR to ensure integrated, compliant, and consistent external messaging.
  • Lead and scale the Investor Relations function, including team development, operating cadence, budget ownership, external advisors, and governance processes aligned with enterprise growth.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in investor relations, corporate finance, and capital markets, including leadership roles within a U.S. listed public company
  • Demonstrated success building, leading, and developing high‑performing, diverse investor relations teams, with a strong track record of coaching talent, succession planning, and elevating organizational capability
  • Proven ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed environments, effectively partnering across functions and guiding outcomes without direct reporting authority
  • Trusted advisor to senior executives, with strong executive presence and the ability to challenge, influence, and support decision‑making at the CEO, CFO, and Board level
  • Deep understanding of capital markets, valuation frameworks, financial statements, investor expectations, and disclosure requirements, with hands‑on experience leading earnings processes and executive‑level investor engagement
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller, able to translate complex financial and strategic topics into clear, compelling narratives for investors, analysts, media, and internal partners
  • Strong analytical judgment and problem‑solving skills, paired with disciplined execution, sound risk awareness, and comfort operating under tight deadlines and heightened scrutiny
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong proficiency with relevant IR, PR, and media monitoring tools
  • Experience engaging with financial media and managing external advisors are preferred

Title: VP, Investor Relations 

Salary or Pay Range: $310,000 - $340,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
