Overview

The Manager Talent Acquisition will support recruitment for our Product, Merchandising and Design functions and report to the Sr Manager Talent Acquisition. They will have one direct report and will be responsible for driving proactive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. This role is located in Broomfield, CO and is not remote.

What You'll Do

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for assigned open positions, ensuring they align with our company goals and culture.
  • Actively recruit and source to fill open positions and anticipate future needs by skills-based building pipelines, ensuring we stay ahead in the competitive talent market.
  • Plan and lead recruitment and selection processes (hiring manager kick-off meetings, interviews, screening calls, offers, etc.) with precision and integrity.
  • Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience, maintaining our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure talent pipelines are balanced with candidates that bring diversity of thought, experience, and cultural background, enriching our team and encouraging innovation.
  • Flex your critical thinking and influencing skills to tackle sophisticated, often nuanced, issues that arise in the recruitment process.
  • Partner with your Recruiting and HR colleagues to improve processes, anticipate shifts in priorities, and support partners, driving flawless execution.
  • Influence and partner closely with key stakeholders, having a strong understanding of retail and the product lifecycle.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing for professional roles in Retail, Footwear, or Fashion & Apparel. Experience recruiting for Merchandising, Design, Product Development preferred.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing other talent acquisition professionals; providing coaching, feedback and mentoring.
  • Proven track record of assessing talent and building high-performing teams for growing organizations.
  • Ability to support 12 -15 roles at a time, with the flexibility to manage workload fluctuations effectively.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting and passive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, social media, and job boards, demonstrating your ability to attract world-class talent.
  • Willingness to understand the business and responsibilities of different roles, ensuring you can identify the perfect fit for each position.
  • Extensive knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM databases, and HRIS applications.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbally, capable of developing positive rapport with candidates and colleagues alike.
  • Eagerness for continued professional and personal growth, showcasing your dedication to staying ahead in the field of talent acquisition.
  • Well-organized and tech-savvy, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease.

Title: Talent Acquisition Manager 

Salary or Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
