Overview
The Staff Auditor for Crocs, Inc. will work as part of the Global Internal Audit team on assurance and advisory engagements, under the supervision of senior members of the internal audit function who will be responsible for coaching and mentoring you. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of audit execution – from planning to remediation and work on special projects. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Internal Audit in Crocs’ Broomfield headquarters’ location.
What You'll Do
- Actively seek opportunities to learn new skills and deploy them on audit engagements.
- Working with other team members, effectively communicate internal audit findings, both verbally and in written form, to multiple levels of management.
- Support the risk assessment process for individual audit engagements and for the development of the annual audit plan through assigned tasks.
- Demonstrate active listening and curiosity in your decision-making processes.
- Maintain accuracy and quality in your work, being accountable for your results.
- Plan and prioritize your work to ensure it’s delivered on time.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant internal audit experience preferred; recent graduates with internal audit-related coursework, internships, co-ops, or practical project experience are also encouraged to apply.
- A strong desire to learn and grow
- Demonstrated ability to receive and give feedback
- Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally, up to 20%
- Professional designation is preferred, but not required (e.g., CIA, CFE, CISA, CPA)

Salary or Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
