Overview
Crocs is looking for a Sr. eCommerce Technical Project Manager to lead technical execution and project management for initiatives across Crocs-operated digital websites and platforms. This person brings a wealth of experience, domain expertise, and excitement around eCommerce, digital delivery, and operations. Additionally, this role will help evolve processes and delivery best practices. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone with a high degree of technical understanding, attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, an ability to develop creative solutions, and experience in the digital world.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for coordination and execution of sophisticated, technical, cross-functional eCommerce projects.
- Lead team agile ceremonies – daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retros.
- Schedule and lead all other vital meetings, build and run the agendas, capture and distribute all notes; ensure meetings are maximally productive.
- Identify and help prioritize tasks needed to fulfill requests and subsequently identify the technical resources needed.
- Keep work on track through detailed Jira ticket management, clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Create and maintain project documentation in Confluence.
- Drive and facilitate quick and informed decision-making across different levels of the organization.
- Build and lead detailed (and often compressed) work back plans and production schedules when needed.
- Serve as liaison between eCommerce delivery, IT, finance, customer Service, merchandising, global marketing, legal and other cross functional teams within the Crocs organization.
- Help troubleshoot production issues and dig deep into a problem across multiple systems at various levels.
- Know every detail of the given digital project at any given moment and serve as the “go-to” for all other members of eCommerce delivery team.
- Partner with QA to ensure proper test plan coverage and supervise testing of all project deliverables.
- Keep teammates focused and productive.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of technical project management experience at a brand focused on direct-to-consumer eCommerce, or at a digital agency.
- Prior experience with agile methodologies and ceremonies is required.
- Prior technical experience, experience as a developer or other validated technical expertise desired.
- In depth experience managing digital projects such as direct-to-consumer websites, mobile apps, and integrations.
- Proven understanding of end-to-end eCommerce, from front-end to back-end, including eCommerce platforms, CMS (content management systems), OMS (order management systems), WMS (warehouse management systems), and shipping/fulfillment processes.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform preferred.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Content Management Systems, DAM integrations, Storybook, component-based design.
- Experience working in Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to understand and communicate highly technical concepts to a variety of audiences.

Title: Sr. eCommerce Technical Project Manager
Salary or Pay Range: $100,000-$110,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
