Overview

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Brand Social Commerce. This individual will be responsible for implementing Social Commerce campaigns that align with business goals and objectives. Being a new role to the Brand Digital Marketing team, this individual will have a passion for Social Commerce and provide a distinctive level of subject matter expertise on how to develop and deliver strategies to engage with creators and consumers and drive revenue through Social Commerce. This role will sit on our global team as we are rapidly expanding social commerce globally.

What You'll Do

  • Manage tactical execution of Social Commerce campaigns for the brand. 
  • Work with internal and external teams to build & curate engaging content tailored for Social Commerce.  
  • Own relationships with 3rd party vendor partners to integrate, optimize and lead day-to-day creator programs.  
  • Monitor campaign performance, perform deep dive analyses, implement robust testing strategies you create, and identify opportunities to grow or optimize performance.  
  • Develop clear and detailed reports to share campaign and test success, highlighting what went well and where we need to improve.  
  • Work with the greater Brand Marketing team to communicate campaign results & develop strategies, tactics & initiatives necessary to achieve goals.  
  • Actively police the presentation of the Crocs brand in this space to ensure our policies are being followed. 
  • Effectively communicate brand voice to content creators/affiliates.  
  • Create briefs for all campaign related marketing activities on the platform. 
  • Coordinate with members from various teams, including Influencer Marketing, Organic Social, Integrated Marketing, and Ecommerce.  
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and latest developments in Social Commerce.  
  • Balance multiple projects at one time and reliably maintain target dates, adjust priorities as needed, and communicate any at-risk items.  
  • You will field special projects and requests as needed.  
  • Use data analytics to drive performance and decision making.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field. Equivalent professional experience also accepted.  
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running Integrated Marketing, Organic Social, or Social Commerce campaigns.  
  • Experience working with agency partners & using partner feedback to improve campaign performance.  
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and stay organized.  
  • You are an excellent communicator, and you have great problem-solving skills.  
  • Comfortable taking initiative to generate ideas that drive business and contribute to organizational effectiveness  
  • You strive to hit metric-driven goals and searches for the right solutions for Crocs.  
  • You understand the importance of "we before me" in a team and have the ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional groups.

Title: Sr. Specialist, Brand Social Commerce 

Salary or Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
