Overview
Crocs is hiring a Sr. Specialist, Brand Media for the Global Digital Marketing team. This individual will take part in the strategic development, management, and execution of Crocs’ brand media, driving brand consideration, awareness, and new customers to the brand.
The ideal candidate will be data-driven, consumer-centric, and a creative problem solver. They thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to how they approach their work and strategic thinking. This individual over indexes in their brand media expertise with extensive background and confidence in developing, executing, and optimizing brand media plans. They have a strong understanding of brand media with an emphasis on digital whilst keeping up on emerging platforms.
What You'll Do
- Own the development of global media plans supporting Crocs’ key product stories – from the Classic Clog to Echo to one of our many Collaborations.
- Manage the planning and execution of multiple campaigns simultaneously at various steps of development
- Develop holistic communications plan and media buying strategy across all paid channels (i.e., Paid Social, Display, CTV, Audio, DOOH)
- Partner with media agency to ensure frequent and smooth communication by encouraging a high-functioning and collaborative partnership. Facilitates communication between brand, agency, and internal services in to nimbly, and clearly drive action
- Be a product level expert with a pulse on competitor’s strategies and go to market approaches
- Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the seasonal process to develop comprehensive marketing plans
- Analyze the effectiveness of media campaigns to optimize spend and performance, draw insights, and communicate data-driven, actionable takeaways that support the marketing team’s goals.
- Build recommendation for utilization of creative assets and strategies across media plans, and craft briefs for the creative team in the development and deployment of assets to support plan, and the subsequent optimization needs
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, business or related field.
- At least 5+ years of extensive experience and proficiency in paid media coupled with a great foundation in brand media.
- Strong understanding of media trafficking process and deep understanding of media creative + how to optimize.
- Broad understanding of media measurement and reporting to help set objectives, identify optimizations and communicate performance to key partners.
- Significant experience in how to strategically plan and manage paid media with differing objectives across the marketing funnel: new consumer acquisition, brand awareness and consideration, and understanding of how it works with performance media.
- Experience and confidence working within a matrixed organization, building positive relationships, and driving empathetic alignment across departments.
- Strong background in media agency management and collaborating to deliver against brand objectives.
- Advanced analytical skills, ability to translate complex data, trends and insights into actionable strategy: proudly a self-proclaimed data nerd.
- Previous experience in retail/footwear is preferred but not required.

Salary or Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
