Overview
By supporting, driving, and implementing our existing global social media strategy, you will support the development and execution of industry leading tactics, drive community engagement, social audience growth and brand loyalty. As a key Social Media point person for cross-functional campaign planning, you will support integrated 360 programs, ensuring that our social approach is powerful and aligned across all elements of the program. In addition, you will provide insight into Crocs’ online communities to key departments within the Crocs corporate infrastructure – such as Marketing, Sales, Product Development and Customer Service. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, marketing savvy, connection with pop culture, and an in-depth knowledge of social media and social media platforms, tools, and applications.
What You'll Do
- Build, vet, curate, plan, and schedule outstanding channel specific content.
- Lead planning of our social media content calendar for all Go-to-Market campaigns, inclusive of organic posts and relevant UGC and influencer content. Partner with our Associate Specialist, Global Social Media, to publish, monitor and engage with the community, plus take findings, and apply them to our next post or activation.
- Proactively supporting the Manager, Social Media in daily monitoring and engagement on both organic and paid posts.
- Partner with our Customer Service Team to build processes and ensure a detailed experience for our fans via social channels.
- Build and update weekly and monthly reports, analyze campaigns and product launches.

What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent degree
- A minimum of five-plus years of full-time experience in social media marketing
- A proven track record in social media, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.
- Active use and In-depth knowledge of social media listening and publishing tools
- An understanding of user behavior and demographics per unique social media platform
- An eye for spotting social media trends and moments
- Amazing storytelling, content creation, and copywriting skills
- Ability to think fast with sound judgment and decision-making skills
- A demonstration of being a standout colleague

Salary or Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
