Overview

Crocs is hiring a Sr. Planner, Global Inventory. This individual is responsible for driving analysis, alignment, and execution of inventory planning for Crocs’ International regions. This role collaborates with groups from areas excluding the Americas and Asia-Pacific to develop inventory projections. It supports operating inventory targets and evaluates performance using measures like forward weeks of supply, excess, and in-stock levels. As a global partner, these individual leads alignment between regional plans and global inventory direction, ensuring consistency in important metrics, reporting, and insights.

What You'll Do

  • Drive alignment and consistency in inventory projections for ROW & APAC by reviewing, challenging and integrating regional assumptions.
  • Proactively identify inventory risks and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to regional and global collaborators.
  • Align regional inventory expectations with global targets, monitoring/analyzing deviations across the two.
  • Drive connection between inventory projections and supply chain forecasts by bringing to bear channel and product strategies to advise development of longer-term supply chain strategies.
  • Support in the creation of S&OP reports and materials, building cohesive story for International demand, inventory and supply.
  • Collaborate closely with regional planning partners, supply partners and global planning teams incorporating efficiencies across International & Global.
  • Act as point person for all inventory-related matters involving planning teams throughout ROW and APAC regions.
  • Build ad-hoc reports and analysis related to improved inventory management.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BS or BA in business, economics or supply chain – or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
  • At least 5+ years of related experience.
  • Background knowledge in planning/buying for Omni-channel retail structures.
  • Strong understanding of retail math including key inventory metrics and calculations (turns, stock availability period, weeks on hand, forecast accuracy).
  • Highly adept at Microsoft Office (Excel, PBI, PPT), bonus for SAP & o9 experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner cross-functionally.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and build strong presentations.

Title: Sr. Planner, Global Inventory 

Salary or Pay Range: $98,000 - $108,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
