Overview
Crocs, Inc. is looking for a curious, collaborative, and highly motivated Sr. Planner, Brand Partnerships to join our Global team. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our Brand Partnership business by validating assortments and analyzing in‑season and historical performance. As part of our Planning organization, you’ll play a key role in driving operational perfection and supporting the financial success of one of the most exciting parts of our brand.
You’ll bring a strong ability to identify trends, a firm understanding of demand patterns, and a passion for cross‑functional partnership. This role is highly visible and works closely with sales, merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams. It helps reach consensus on annual strategy, uncover insights, and keep the business moving forward with clarity and confidence.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Global Merchandising and Category Management to align on seasonal assortment strategies, offering option‑count insights and recommendations for key categories and attributes.
- Collaborate with Global Merchandise Financial Planning to support long‑term revenue forecasting and product strategy.
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with regional and global planning, merchandising, finance, sourcing, and supply teams to understand demand drivers and business needs.
- Support monthly Global S&OP with analysis and insights, especially for upcoming key product launches.
- Help capture information and improve Power BI reporting tools that enable smarter, faster, data‑driven decisions.
- Turn analytics into actionable insights that help guide strategic and operational choices.
- Analyze pre‑season, in‑season, and post‑season performance to find opportunities to boost sales, improve SKU efficiency, and reduce inventory and margin risk.
- Prepare and present materials for leadership during bi‑weekly and seasonal hindsight meetings, highlighting trends and opportunities in a clear, compelling way.
- Develop and complete action plans that maintain the business aligned, advised, and moving forward.
- Stay plugged into industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity.
- Use historical data and market intelligence to support accurate, forward‑looking demand forecasts.
- Partner closely with merchandising, promotional, and production teams to gather insights and align on department strategies.
- Foster open communication and strong collaboration across teams to support shared goals and flawless execution.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, mathematics, or a related field is required.
- At least 5+ years of planning experience (Demand, Merchandise, or Assortment Planning) in a multichannel environment. Experience in consumer goods, footwear, or fashion/apparel is strongly preferred.
- Confident presenter with strong storytelling and public‑speaking skills.
- Excellent cross‑functional communication skills with the ability to flex your style for different audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demand and Assortment Planning experience is required.
- SKU count and productivity analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with complex datasets.
- Experience with Power BI reporting tools.
- Familiarity with merchandise financial planning, demand planning, and assortment planning systems; experience with o9 Solutions is a plus.

Title: Sr. Planner, Brand Partnerships
Salary or Pay Range: $98,000 - $108,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
