Overview
The Sr. Merchandise Planner, Personalization is responsible for leading merchandise planning strategy for the Personalization category, using analytics to drive profitable growth and inventory efficiency. You will lead demand reviews, deliver forward-looking recommendations, and drive cross-functional alignment. This position requires a strong strategic point of view, outstanding communication, and the ability to influence outcomes throughout the organization.
What You'll Do
- Own the in season and long-range demand plan for Personalization, aligning with financial targets and commercial priorities.
- Lead demand and performance reviews, presenting clear insights, risks, and recommendations to senior collaborators.
- Translate consumer and market signals into strategic investment decisions.
- Deliver executive-level insights from sales, inventory, and SKU data to improve efficiency.
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities to guide assortment and channel strategies.
- Build reporting that enables fast, informed decision-making across the business.
- Lead OTB planning, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and strong cross-functional alignment.
- Model strategic scenarios that incorporate forecast shifts, promotional strategies, and inventory turn.
- Develop seasonal and in season inventory strategies for launches, core categories, and carryover items.
- Drive alignment across Merchandising, Planning, Supply, and Commercial partners on assortment, buys, and inventory strategy.
- Lead monthly planning cycles and speed conversations with a strategic, data-backed point of view.
- Influence partners through strong storytelling, clear recommendations, and proactive risk mitigation.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, mathematics, or a related field is required.
- At least 5+ years of planning experience (assortment, demand, supply, or merchandise) in a multichannel setting is required. Direct-to-consumer experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
- Must have experience and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated experience in developing and innovating processes in a fast-growing business.
- Proven ability to successfully work in a highly cross-functional, fast paced environment.

Salary or Pay Range: $98,000 - $108,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
