We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sr. Marketplace Management Specialist. In this enterprise and cross-functional role, you will be responsible for various analysis, tasks and activities to protect Crocs Inc brands. Your work will focus on three areas: online distribution, gray market monitoring and enforcement, and trade term compliance. Your primary duties will include analysis for online marketplace controls, evaluating gray market sellers & implementing tasks for enforcement, supporting improvements in supply chain transparency, supporting legal enforcement and analysis against gray market activities. You will work closely with various departments, including but not limited to sourcing, digital, legal, sales, and logistics.

What You'll Do

Online Distribution

  • Support existing online distribution strategies by monitoring, reporting, and analyzing markets and marketplaces.
  • Support and promote new online distribution strategies through marketplace analysis, sales reports evaluation and clear communication with sales leadership to hold ourselves and partners accountable.
  • Participate in the account approval process for online sales, conducting detailed evaluations and assessments.
  • Support investigations into online selling and provide analysis in conjunction with outside vendors and internal leadership to address infringement issues promptly.

 

Gray Market

  • Generate reports and conduct analysis on gray market sellers, to identify trends and source.
    Conduct product test buys and conduct sourcing analysis. Analyze product test buy data to identify trends by sellers, product, and source.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as sales, legal, and customer support to address gray market issues effectively.

 

Trade Term Compliance

  • Enhance supply chain transparency by helping implement strategies and programs to improve product visibility and traceability.
  • Support analysis with external vendors for trade term compliance.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in brand protection, digital marketplaces such as Amazon or brand digital commerce.
  • Experience buying, selling and navigating online marketplaces.
  • Experience in brand protection, marketplace management.
  • Strong Digital Commerce knowledge across domains (e.g. Marketing, Site, Brand Commerce, Merchandising, Go To Market, Marketplaces, Etail (Amazon).
  • Comfortable working and analyzing data in Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exposure to global supply chains.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally across various levels and departments in a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated capability to execute and iterate rapidly.
  • Balanced strategic and tactical thinker with strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Periodic travel to regional offices and/or conferences (0-5%).

Title: Sr. Marketplace Management Specialist 

Salary or Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
