This Sr. Manager, Sourcing FP&A will provide comprehensive financial support to the organization, focusing on business partnership with the Chief Supply Chain Officer. This position will partner with management and teams around the world to develop and implement forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic plans. In addition, this position will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including financial presentations, financial modeling & driving process improvement. What You'll Do
- Be responsible for the financial planning and analysis surrounding sourcing costs for Crocs and HEYDUDE brands.
- Consolidate previously divergent data allowing holistic decision making within the supply chain.
- Review financials compared to budget, forecast, and prior year and identify trends affecting business performance.
- Provide thought leadership to drive continuous improvement in the organization.
- Build a high-performing team that efficiently coordinates cross-functionally.
- Help develop presentation quality deliverables to Finance and Business leadership.
- Provide analytical support, business analysis, and financial modeling.
- Conduct special project work as needed.
- Inspire, lead, manage, develop, and mentor an effective FP&A team.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years’ applicable experience in Finance roles.
- 3+ years’ experience leading others.
- Consumer products or specialty retail experience a plus.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
- Solid understanding of short- and long-term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
- Small and large project/program orientation.
- Ability to empower teams to produce quality materials within deadlines and simultaneously lead projects.
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to efficiently connect with partners of all levels.
- Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as problem solver.
- Outstanding leadership skills; ability to influence and engage reports and peers.

Title: Sr. Manager FP&A Sourcing
Salary or Pay Range: $135,000-$145,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
