Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager, eCommerce Technical Solutions Analyst to join our team who leads all aspects of global eCommerce sites, systems, and integrations across several platforms. The ideal candidate will not only be able to effectively lead a team of analysts but will also be a critical thinker who has the technical ability to proactively dig deep into issues to help assess and find solutions. This role involves multiple responsibilities, including solving sophisticated production issues, participating in new project discovery, conducting technical assessments, defining system designs and requirements, and assisting with ongoing technical operations. In addition, the candidate should be very good at handling several concurrent activities at once, as well as independently navigating shifting timelines and priorities. This role will also manage a small group of Technical Solutions Analysts and work closely with members of the Technical Operations team and others.
What You'll Do
- Manage and help formalize a small team of highly technical analysts who work remotely.
- Work with other technical and business teams on eCommerce development project discovery to ensure operational excellence.
- Communicate technical standard processes from an operational standpoint.
- Assess needs and requirements for back-end integrations and functionality.
- Architect and support continual process improvements to reduce costs, increase revenue, and optimize efficiency.
- Deploy / implement new systems and integration processes.
- Solve production issues with the ability to dig deep into problems across multiple systems at various levels.
- Assist with ongoing system transformations in the eCommerce space.
- Support and assist the eCommerce technical teams with knowledge of .NET, Azure, SQL, Python, Salesforce, Sterling, as well as general eCommerce and OMS functionalities.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of experience in the B2C eCommerce or website application development industry, with a strong background in global eCommerce platform implementation and operations.
- Previous management or leadership experience required.
- Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Expertise in system and data analysis, complex troubleshooting, and technical team management.
- In-depth understanding of:
- eCommerce order management and payment processing concepts.
- System integrations and SQL database principles.
- Networking concepts (e.g., DNS, SSL, FTP).
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development.
- Digital security principles and compliance (PCI, SOX, GDPR, PII).
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas and requirements effectively.
- Familiarity with technical QA processes, release management, and CI/CD practices.
- Preferred Technical Expertise:
- eCommerce Platforms: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware), IBM Sterling OMS.
- Customer and Marketing Tools: Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Infrastructure and Development:
- Headless architecture.
- Microsoft Azure and Microsoft SQL Management Studio.
- .NET/C# application development.
- Scripting languages.
- Content delivery networks (CDNs) like Cloudflare.
- Compliance and Security: PCI, SOX, GDPR, and PII standards.

Salary or Pay Range: $135,000 - $145,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
